This is a 1:6 Scale Accessory meant for 12 Inch Action Figures
The cape features magnets on the back side of the gold parts to connect to the magnets in the shoulders of the uniform. They are glued, but come off easily. In order to use the cape with the magnets, you will need something magnetic for them to connect to as the other sides are in the uniform.
