Return Policy
All returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order.
Shipping and handling of original order is non-refundable. In addition, for any returned orders, the purchaser is responsible for shipping the order back to us in in the condition the order was received. This means if there are any problems with an item it must be returned in an unopened, sealed package that the item(s) came in. All items must be examined through the sealed package before the package is opened. By ordering, you agree to these conditions.
Defects or Damaged Product
If you receive a package and an item is damaged, please let us know. In most cases, Toy Anxiety will handle the exchange and the shipping fees to ensure customer satisfaction.
