Shipping Policy
Toy Anxiety ships orders Monday through Saturday (except holidays). Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

Domestic (US) shipping guidelines
US Postal First Class Mail:
Shipping transit time is usually 3-10 business days (depends on your distance from us). This is an inexpensive option for smaller orders (under 7oz.). No insurance or tracking is available using this method.
US Postal Priority Mail:
Shipping transit time is normally 2-3 business days, but that is not guaranteed by the post office. This method has a delivery confirmation number.
US Postal Express Mail:
Shipping transit time is normally overnight to most locations, but that is not guaranteed by the post office. This method has a delivery confirmation number and $100.00 of insurance included.

First Class International - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Toy Anxiety can ship International orders that have a low dollar value (Under $100.00 USD) and are under 3.5lbs via First Class International to certain countries (not all countries will have this option). Transit times are anywhere from 7-30 days with most countries taking about 9-14 days. Please Note: This method hasNO Tracking and NO Insurance. Toy Anxiety is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please do not use this method unless YOU agree to the risks. Please DO NOT select this method if your order is over $100.00 USD. If you do, we will contact you about alternative shipping methods before your order is shipped (extra fees may apply).
Transit times are 6-10 days but can take longer due to customs delays. This method has a tracking number to most destinations and is insured. Please contact us within a reasonable time frame so we can file a claim. Claims can be filed 45 days from the date of mailing with the post office. Toy Anxiety will file all claims.
USPS Global Express Mail
Transit time is usually about 3-5 days but can take longer due to customs delays. These packages are insured and have a tracking number. If a package is lost or damaged please contact us and we will file a claim.
