This is a 1:6 Scale Accessory meant for 12 Inch Action Figures
Figure has stains on torso from outfit. Includes a second taller less articulated torso, 3 additional hands height extensions and alternate Eyes (yes, you can change out the eyes too). This one has the soles of the boots broken off at the screws. Should be easy to glue back to the bottoms. (ignore picture of sole broken, these have not been bent but pulled off of the feet)
